How long have you been in business?
Evergreen Memorial Park started as a cemetery in 1965. Evergreen Mortuary started in 1980. Evergreen Pet Cemetery started in the mid 1980's. Evergreen Cremation Services (our onsite crematory for both human and pet cremations) started in 1994. The Barn at Evergreen Memorial Park opened in 2002.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer many services to families. We are a full service funeral home, crematory and cemetery. We are also a pet cemetery and crematory. We host all kinds of Celebrations of life in The Barn Chapel, from funerals and memorial services, to weddings, receptions, graduation parties, anniversaries, barn dances and other community events.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Ronald & Carol Lewis saw a need in the early 1960's for a perpetual care cemetery, that was not on a steep treed hillside, and decided to open Evergreen Memorial Park. In the 1980's they received calls from people who needed to bury their pets, but had not access to acreage or equipment accomplish this, so Ron began bury pets in our buffalo pasture. After time, people wanted to visit the pet graves and put markers on the graves, so we began an identified pet cemetery area.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the only full service funeral home, crematory, perpetual care cemetery, pet cemetery, in the Evergreen / Conifer area.

We are on North Turkey Creek Road, half way between Evergreen and Conifer just off Highway 73.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
We service mostly the I-70 and Hwy 285 corridors, as well as the Denver Metro area. However, we can make arrangements for loved ones for anyplace in the USA.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Ronald & Carol Lewis and Norman Lewis are the owners.
What are your hours of operation?
9-4 M-F, evenings and weekends by appointment only.
