How long have you been in business?
Our Company has been in business since August 2023, but our team has been doing this work for years. Aaron, the owner has been working in AV and IT installation since 2010.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary focus is on providing TV mounting services for both residential and business clients all across the Denver Metro. We also offer smart home, automation, and networking services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been drawn to both technology and building; I have a bachelors in Information Technology and an a minor in business that really has helped me combine my passions across my career and I have been able to service thousands of customers in my various roles. I focused in on the TV mounting side, because I always love bringing a client's dreams to life, whether that is a simple TV mount or a full custom installation.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have a few differentiating factors, first we strive to be up-front about all services that can be done at a flat rate price. I don't like surprises, and it's not fair to the customer. Secondly, we primarily book appointments in the evening and weekends when the customer is most likely to be home. No taking off work to meet with us!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are a mobile based business so we do not have a storefront, only a warehouse space. We are onboarding new technicians and investing into automated appointment booking so we can better serve our customers.
What type of payments do you accept?
We use Square as our processor, and accept Credit, Debit, Apple pay, and After-pay through Square.
Which areas do you service?
We service from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins regularly, and service the mountain towns as needed.
What are your hours of operation?
We typically book weekday evenings after 4 PM and 9-9 on weekends. Other times area available as needed!
