HORRIBLE service! We contacted Angies list and the BBB! After 11 days of signing our contract, a installer finally came to measure (after the sales person already measured. The installer argued with us over the existing window frame stating that the wood is not rotted. It is very rotted and his demeanor was not professional. We immediately contacted the salesperson and he hung up on us. After getting the run around the owner finally contacted us and would not let us out of the contract due to the 3 days to cancel had expired. The owner stated that they would be out money if we canceled. SO much for FREE estimates. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!
