We specialise in Sterling Silver Italian Chains, Necklaces, bracelets, earrings, findings. Also offer a compleat line of charms.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I wanted to travel and see the country. This business alowed me to earn a living as I traveled.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We attributed our success by providing our customers with quick, friendly and reliable service at very competitive prices.
We’ve been able to achieve these by: specializing in a product mix, importing directly from overseas, using technology to have on time inventory and by providing our entire ling of product either through our color catalog or our website 24/7. And a philosophy, that we instill in our employees to treat our customers the way we would like to be treated.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have one location but we sell all around the world via our catalog and the internet.
